Funds have to have cleared before any images are sent out. Web and hi-resolution images are usually emailed within 48 hrs. Items will be sent via Royal Mail unless instructed differently.
Please allow
up to 3 weeks for your print order to arrive
up to 5 weeks for frame orders
up to 8 weeks for bespoke albums orders.
Please allow additional time and cost if delivery address is outside the UK.
Returns & Refunds Information
Returns have to be made within 7 days of the item/s being sent from Fiona Crawford Photography. Due to the nature of the business refunds will be made if item/s are returned and a valid reason for the return is made clear and justified within this 7 day period.
